I'm really trying to get my son to read more as a habit, something we have unfortunately strayed from. Like 70+% of teen boys, reading isn't "cool" and he'd rather be on his phone or playing games/sports.

I've offered $$ for reading books read over the summer, bought books for him that just sit there, etc. In middle school he read Hatchet, Grenade, wild robot, the River, poison in the colony, calvin and hobbes box set, ready player one.

We listened to Project Hail Mary and 2 of the murderbot diaries books while driving to/from fishing this summer.

For school this year he has read: American born Chinese (he liked it), house on mango street (didn't like)

I'm looking for something light, easy to read, entertaining, and something to spark his curiosity to get him going. Graphic novels are fine, I'm just not familiar with that world

I've been looking at: What If by Munroe, Stiff by Roach, Walk in the Woods, the internet is a playground.

But I'm stuck. Any help is appreciated!!!!
