I'm looking for non-fiction books about neurodiversity, preferably if it talks about ADHD. So, they're most likely self-help in nature, but not exclusive to it, like you can suggest memoirs of neurodivergent people or maybe books of essays about neurodiversity. What I am looking for in particular are non-fiction books that aren't talking you into gimmicky bullshit. It's hard to explain what these are, but here are the non-fiction/self-help books I've read so far that I've liked and have handled well talking about neurodiversity and aren't "corny" or "boring":

    • How to Keep House While Drowning: A Gentle Approach to Cleaning and Organizing by K.C. Davis
    • Laziness Does Not Exist by Devon Price
    • Strong Female Character by Fern Brady
