Romance for someone who doesn’t like romance

I usually avoid romance, but for some reason I’m kind of in the mood for it (albeit a very specific vibe). I am looking for something where romance is prevalent, but maybe not the main focus. I would love the type of vibe where a powerful entity of some kind (eldritch horror, demonic entity, mystic/mythical creature, etc) falls for a human.

Does some type of book exists of a romance between a witch and an entity she summons? That sounds cool…
