Since as long as I could remember I’ve always had severe anxiety. And by anxiety I mean to the point where I have to crouch or sit down because my stomach hurts from overthinking and worrying about things that are completely out of my control.
I want to stop being nervous when I’m going up and publicly speaking and shaking. I want to be able to remain cool, calm, and collected when I’m in high pressure situations without feeling like I’m mentally breaking down.
Is there any really good QUALITY books that you guys recommend for the things that I stated?
