I’d recommend online courses over books. freecodecamp.com is a good place to start.

Of course there are varying degrees of low/no code platforms if you’re just looking to create a website, but you have to pay for those. Much lower time investment than learning html/css/js, whatever backend frameworks, version control, and deployment.
