I've read bell jar, girl interrupted, a man called ove, midnight library. It helps me, messages like this. Any suggestions? I just want to feel heard and validated.
Adelaide. Be forewarned, it’s very dark and probably triggering. But wow.

Don’t know if you like fantasy. But in The Law of Mortals and Monsters by REH Wilson, the MC has depression i think. Her perspective often involves suicidal thoughts or talks of “dark holes that swallow her whole,” aka depression. Or maybe PTSD, cause she went through a traumatic event. But basically, she kinda heals a little from it as her journey progresses. Especially with help from friends.

A short story book from Melancholy by Danny Mouso has a lot of these themes. I suggest reading One in the Chamber, the devils per and Dream life
