Non-fiction books that changed your life and that you would recommend to your younger self?
Im looking for a book/books recommendation that may change my points of views of at least make me think about something new in the topics of:
·Sociology and relationships
·Philosophy
·Personal growth
·Meaning and deed
I will go first with my 2 personal favorites so far:
1) Man’s search for meaning by Viktor Frankl.
2) How to win friends and influence people by Dale Garnegie!

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck – Mark Manson: I’ve no idea where Mark Manson is upto these days, but this book came out very early in the self help book with an edgy title phase that has been done to death. However, the title aside, I think this is one of the best books at distilling some stoic and other philosophy into an easy to read and relatable format. The central idea of ‘You have a limited number of fucks to give, choose what you spend them on wisely’ is simple but affective and fairly easy to put into practice. I’ve read a ton of other similar books and this one is the only one I’ve regularly gone back to.
