History on collapse of European colonialism post WW2

Hi all, I’m currently reading ALL THE SHAH’S MEN and would love to read a broader survey that goes into how European powers (UK, France, Portugal, etc.) reacted to decolonization post-WW2.

Is there anything on this? Have searched and it’s usually either via an American lens or only about Britain.
