I'm a socially awkward person. I find myself intimidated by anyone who is better skilled or in a better position than I am and I find myself not speaking out at all. I find myself avoiding any hang outs at workplace, but I know if I do have a subject to talk, I'm usually not so bad.
I need to improve myself on this.
