I’m looking for a book that helps with trauma related to sex. A book treating psychological aspects, that can help me overcome shame, enjoy myself and pleasure my partner.
I don’t want just tips or sex education but really an aspect of overcoming trauma and shame related to sex in order to have a healthier sex life.
