A book that about manipulating

I am in search for a book that is about manipulative psychology / dark psychology or mind control
Basically, something that teaches you how to read someone's mind and behave towards that person accordingly.

I get bored easily, so I want the book to be interesting till the end. Something that really blows my mind.
