The details I remember are that there was a female lead she psychic powers of some sort or at least the ability to conduct something like a seance. There were consequences though and she could be physically hurt during the seance and needed people to ask her questions. She worked with some sort of military or ex -military team and I think had been trained by someone in a position of power or maybe even raised by him but didn't see him often or maybe something had happened to him? I think at one point her and the team were staying in a safe house. That's all that I can remember.
