I'd like something with an actual story, not just sleeze. The closest I can come to describe what I'm after is Phryne Fisher; here, the titular character has a healty sexual appetite, and likes to look her best, but it is still a murder mystery at heart. But while it has some good stuff, it is still too subdued. I want something more overt!

Where’s your line between perverted stuff and romance?
My first experience with smut was Kushiel’s Dart, which is a fantasy novel that happens to include a lot of kinky stuff more than it is a romance novel in a fantasy setting, but people do fall in love and end up together.
Try r/romancebooks
Idk if this is what you’re looking for but I enjoyed Butcher and Blackbird.
They are all romances, but KJ Charles writes spicy m/m historical and fantasy. There’s a lot of sex but also a lot of plot, character, consent, and worldbuilding. Several are also murder mysteries–the Sins of the City trilogy and Death in the Spires to start.
