Suggest me a book involving a mystery in an academic setting.

I'm looking for a YA, NA, or adult novel set in a school or university, preferably with some sort of mystery element. I don't mind a romantic sub-plot, but I'd prefer to avoid anything that focuses primarily on romance. TIA!
