Looking for a book with the same vibes as The Vampire Diaries TV show

(Preferably supernatural or fantasy)
I feel like when I say this a lot of people will think of romance (which I would like) but mainly I mean some of the other aspects of the show
like the somewhat modern gothic atmosphere but also the vibes of the characters serious overarching story line but also witty sometimes dark humor and a feeling of the cast kind of being a “gang” even when somebody was kind of an enemy (like damon) it was still within their circle the characters were always plotting on a mission up to something etc I think thats really fun especially when some of the characters are more like frenemies it adds to the dynamic
I wouldnt mind a sprinkle of romance though!!
