    I'm an autistic adult with chronic depression and anxiety, who is looking to take steps towards a better life, now that i am in a better position to do so, and i would like to read more and educate myself on managing my feeligns through reading. I've seen alot of posts for neurotypical people who have anxiety, and who find that cbt helps them the most. Personally i find that DBT helps me the most, but finding a good book that does DBT, anxiety, and renders itself for a wider audience than neurotupical people is hard. I've heard a lot about "The body keeps the score," as one of the sole rec's for people in my shoes, although its a hard pass for me as I can't read things about sexual assault. If anybody has any ideas, please help me! <3
