Looking for a book with an unreliable narrator prone to paranoia

I recently read I have no mouth and I must scream I found it very interesting how they explored the narrator's perspective of paranoia and distrustfulness and how his perception of the world was warped. Does anyone have some book recommendations where the narrator is mentally unsound and distrustful I know this is a strange request
