Know My Name by Chanel Miller. It sheds a really raw light on what it is like to be a victim of sexual assault and pursue justice in the legal system. I don’t normally gravitate toward nonfiction but this book was very impactful for me and I think it’s always worth reading

Off the top of my head: How to Win Friends and Influence People…I was young, having anxiety issues and that book helped me to slow down, focus on others instead of myself, listen better, show interest in others…basically grow up a bit, communicate better, calm down, perform better at my job, connect with others.
More recently a few years ago: Good Calories/Bad Calories by Gary Taubes led me down the rabbit hole of proper nutrition and how to effectively lose last few extra pounds, eliminate hypoglycemia issues that were worsening, clear up my skin, and kick frequent colds/flus basically out of my life.

Coming of Age in the Milky Way by Timothy Ferris. I was never interested or good at science, but this sparked my interest and I’ve been reading about astronomy and physics ever since. I can’t say I understand it all, but it really expanded my world.
