I am trying to find a book that was published within the last 5 years where it covers alternative/speculative history during the Cold War era.
I am writing a book that takes place in such a setting, but literary agents expect writers to provide a list of recently published comparative books to determine if there is actually a market for the story should it be published.
So far I've read Same Bed Different Dreams by Ed Park and The Embroidered Book by Kate Heartfield, and currently reading The Night Agent by Matthew Quirk.
