Any good self help books for young women in their 20′?

I have a secret santa, and I'm thinking of giving the girl a book on self help (as she said she was interested in). She mentionned being interested in self help books, in love stories, and she has read few of them already, which i assume are probably the more popular ones. I have made ressearch, but am also open to suggestions.

Right now, I have 3 books in mind: Atomic Habit by James Clear, The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest, and Everything I Know About Love by Dolly Alderton.
