Trying to find a book I read

I read a book when I was young which I’ve been trying to find for years now. It was a fantasy novel about a girl who encounters many magical obstacles. I think there was a wizard at the end and I have a feeling that there was a magical flame involved in one of the obstacles to help her see. I also remember her having to solve tongue twisters. It was a quirky book that I read when I was young and every time I think of it I want to reread it or at least know its name as it was a book that help a special place in my heart I was just too young to remember it. I read it during the early 2010’s and I think it might be from the 80s-90s but don’t quote me on that. If anyone has any info on what this might be it would be greatly appreciated
