Book recommendations to improve my English… (I’m a Beginner)

This is my first post here

I'm a young adult but suck in English, lost interest in books once I started elementary school and I'm already going to my 1st year of college for business and my English is horrible once I'll get assigned for meetings and presentations in the future…

Any type of topics can be helped as well (Though I do like mystery, thriller as well as plot twists type) since I just want to build on my languages such as vocabs and such.
