Suggest me a book about groups of people in coalitions working together to achieve something big

Nonfiction – eg history on the civil rights movement – or fiction, either is fine. I find most stories/media like to focus on a lone hero but I want something more grounded in realism – the fact that the only way to do something great is to work with diverse, strategic groups. Give me a bit of inspiration going into 2025.
