Hello and Happy New Year,
I have just finished reading the book "No Ordinary Assignment" by Jane Ferguson. This is an autobiography of a war reporter.
I would really like to read a book, preferably an autobiography too, of a humanitarian worker.
Thank you!

Fearless by Sylvia Yu Friedman, and also her book Long Journey to Justice. TW – she deals with human trafficking and the sex trade, so these books can be challenging in their subject matter.
*An Imperfect Offering: Humanitarian Action for the Twenty-First Century* by James Orbinski is great. The writing is superb.
