Okay please for the love of god help me out here. I read this book in approx. 2007. It was ergodic in that it had little semi-transparent pockets (or possibly just one pocket) with additional material to accompany this mystery book. There was definitely a napkin with a phone number on it included. The whole book closed with a stretchy band and the phone number in question was one you could actually call if I remember correctly. If I'm not posting this ISO in the right group please lmk.
