Malcolm Gladwell has this amazing way of making you look at things differently. In “Outliers”, he explains how success isn’t just about talent—it’s also about timing, opportunities, and hard work (like the 10,000-hour rule).
In “Blink”, he talks about how quick decisions can be both super smart and completely wrong. And in “David and Goliath”, he shows how being an underdog can actually work in your favor.
Right now, I’m reading “Revenge of the Tipping Point”, and I am really looking forward to his ideas. It’s so interesting how some authors can deeply influence how you see the world.
What’s your favourite Gladwell insight, or is there another author who’s shaped your thinking? I'd appreciate some recommendations, and the underlying reasons. Cheers !!
