Looking for a book where the FMC is emotionally drained (could be for any reason) and is basically in the path of falling into deep depression.
Doesn’t have any energy to even eat so she wakes up at the hospital with no one to help her and so on.
I accept anything close to this.
Also I prefer romance and don’t want HR
