Sounds weird I know. But I’m so addicted to my phone I hate it. I want a book that keeps my attention and makes me appreciate life so I feel like I don’t have to constantly be on my phone mindless scrolling.
I haven’t read many books so feel free to throw whatever my way. I know this is a strange ask but hopefully someone can relate

It may actually help to read books that give you tools and statistical information to encourage you to get off your phone before you read books for pure enjoyment. Books such as Digital Minimalism, the Great Disconnect, and (controversial suggestion), The Anxious Generation will probably give you a better foundation and motivation to stay off your phone more regularly.
Maybe try Harry Potter series. These books are not just for children. It is a wonderful series for all ages and adults who are wanting off their phones.
**We may have different preferences, but I find it easier to stay off my phone when I’m drawn by a very well written crime thriller -**
All The Colors Of The Dark by Chris Whitaker
Age of Vice by Deepti Kapoorr
**Not crime thrillers, but also pulled me in -**
North Woods by Daniel Mason
Martyr! by Kaveh Akbar
Here’s some that might give some meaning to world outside of your phone ( I’m also guilty of overusing my phone btw)
{The Living Mountain – Nan Shepherd}
{On the Road – Jack Kerouac}
{Down and Out In London and Paris – George Orwell}
{Convenience Store Woman – Sayaka Murata}
