Where should I start with Anne Rice?

I wanted to start reading from her but all that pops up is her vampire series which will be great one day. But I wanted to read some standalones to get a sense for her writing and if I like it before jumping into a big series, I have enough series I need to read 🤣 what is your recommendation? Thanks!
