I crave falling in love through characters

I'm looking for books that give you that heartache lovesick feeling. I do like some of the classic booktok suggestions such as; Icebreaker & Wildfire by Hannah Grace
Heartstopper series by Alice Oseman
The Deal (& the rest of the series) by Elle Kennedy

However I find most of those books with something to be desired when it comes to the quality of writing, some books that I thought had great writing;
Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver (might be my favourite book of all time)
Where The Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens (I loved the story as a whole how it was partly mystery, but also Kya's craving for any kind of love)

Prefer characters in their 20s-30s (flexible on this)
I like when there's switching perspectives, but not required.
