HP Lovecraft is singular, so you won’t really find anything else “like it,” but a very large amount of fantasy and horror writing created after Lovecraft owes a lot to the worlds he created; in fact a great deal of all fantasy that came after HPL can be said to take inspiration from it.

If you want to experience something similar but different, there’s a couple ways you could go. Firstly, you could read his contemporaries like Robert E Howard’s Conan, or Talbot Mundy’s fantasy stuff, or even Lord Dunsany’s stuff. You would be looking for Victorian era fantasy. There’s plenty of it.

The other approach I can think of is checking out something more recent that draws inspiration from Lovecraft (which is a lot). The most Lovecraft-like author that is not Lovecraft is Clark Aston-Smith. The Book Of Hyperborea kind of melds Howard and Lovecraft together in a way that’s a lot more accessible than either of them, but leans more heavily towards Lovecraft in his mysticism.
