I feel this may be tough as I’ve already read a lot of the more well known ones (six of crows, the gilded wolves, mistborn (ig that fits more loosely in this category lol)). But I’m looking for the trope of gathering the team to preform a heist where everyone has a niche and some found family vibes and a cool magic system and world building of fantasy.

Foundryside by Robert Jackson Bennett. I guarantee that if you like Six of Crows you’ll like this. Really fun and original magic system.

The Lies of Locke Lamora. To some extent the other Gentleman Bastards books too, but not as much as the first one.
It’s part of a series and I’m not sure how well it would stand alone, but Skin Game, the 15th book in the Dresden Files series is a heist too.
