I liked the anthology book The New Dead that came out in 2010. Also there were several good stories in Nights of the Living Dead.

Outpost by Adam Baker is a rather different one, very good. The others he wrote, not so much, but this one stuck with me.

*This Delicious Death* by Kayla Cottingham; a historical pandemic transformed 2% of the population into zombies. It’s about found family, prejudice, and trauma healing.
