I've done research on (youtube, frirnds, etc.) to find a series I'd really enjoy, and I'd really like reddit's input. I haven't read that many yet, though right now I'm in middle of Lord of the Rings and Red Rising. I've completed Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Scythe, All The Wrong Questions, and The Hunger Games.

Robin Hobb.
Based on the books you’ve listed, I’m assuming you mean fantasy or science fiction series.
Less frequently recommended, but excellent:
* Tad Williams: Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn; Otherworld
* Raymond Feist: Riftwar series
* CS Friedman: The Coldfire Trilogy
* Stephen Donaldson: Chronicles of Thomas Convenant the Unbeliever
* R Scott Bakker: The Prince of Nothing series
* Glen Cook: The Black Company
* Gene Wolfe: Book of the New Sun
Of course, the usual recommendations:
* Dan Simmons: Hyperion Cantos
* Brandon Sanderson: The Stormlight Archives and Mistborn
* Robert Jordan: Wheel of Time
* Joe Abercrombie: The First Law
* Robin Hobb: The Farseer Trilogy
* Scott Lynch: The Gentlement Bastard series
* Stephen King: The Dark Tower
* Jim Butcher: The Dresden Files
As I noted numerous times, I don’t believe in recommending Game of Thrones and Kingkiller Chronicles because I do not believe either will be finished.
I recently fell I love with the Wayward Children series by Seanan McGuire. There’s about 9 books with the 10th releasing this year.
