I have enough regular human problems and a chronic health condition. I want to get fully lost in something, and I've hit a bit of a slump lately after four books in a row went wrong for me (100 Years of Solitude, Master of Death, The Book of Azrael and The Starless Sea).
I've loved Dracula, Fourth Wing (already pre-ordered Onyx Storm), The Secret History, The Witches of Vardo, and my guilty pleasures are ACOTAR and anything by Sophie Kinsella.
I have done heavy classics reading in the past, so I'm looking for some milder recommendations, but I read fast, so something decently long would be appreciated.

Ooof I could hardly get through The Starless Sea. But have you read Morgenstern’s other book, The Night Circus? 🎪 I totally got lost in that world. Loved it so much which made it so much more disappointing when I didn’t like the TSS.
Also, I always find TJ Klune’s writing a great escape. Highly suggest The House in the Cerulean Sea!
Jonathan Franzen The Corrections or Freedom.
Donna Tarrt’s other two books.
Zadie Smith Swingtime or White Teeth.
Stephen King’s Dark Tower series.
Hilary Mantel’s Wolf Hall trilogy.
