Need a book which will make me “Wise”.

I'm a 31-year-old professional working in IT in South Asia. I'm the eldest among my siblings. While I consider myself a nice person, others often take advantage of my kindness and dismiss me as naive behind my back. In conversations and negotiations, I struggle to assert myself effectively – others usually get what they want while I don't. This makes me feel frustrated and inadequate. I want to learn how to be more strategic and articulate, especially in discussions and negotiations, but in a professional and ethical way. I feel I haven't reached my potential and often regret not standing up for myself more.

I'm looking for book recommendations that could help me develop these skills. Please just suggest the books without additional advice.
