reccomendations based on my taste in movies?

I’m overall not very well read, but I’ve been wanting to change that. I’m a huge movie buff though so I’m using that as a starting point!

My favorites:

• Groundhog Day

• inception

• the fantastic Mr Fox

• coraline

• nope

I know a lot of these are adaptations of books but I really want to start something new

In general I like fantasy and sci-fi, but a good book is a good book. In school I loved the giver and lord of the flies, and my favorite book I’ve ever read is probably project Hail Mary by Andy weir.
