Help me choose a new book.

I (40f) have a credit on audible and I don’t know what to use it on.

My ADHD keeps me listening to the same series on repeat. And I’d like to listen to/“read” a new book. Just a solitary book, not in a series.

What are your favorite non-series/solo books that are a must read?

Some preferences:
-Not into smut. Sex is fine but not the main focus.
-Not really into romance in general.
-Historical/period dramatic works are good.
-one of my favorite books in my teens was “She’s come undone” so coming of age stories are interesting.
