Hey everyone! I love diving into non-fiction, but with so many books out there, it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start. Sometimes I’ll stumble upon a gem like Sapiens or Educated, but other times, I’m stuck scrolling endlessly through lists.
How do you discover your next great non-fiction read?
Do you follow bestseller lists like The New York Times or Goodreads recommendations?
Do you trust book bloggers or YouTubers for their reviews?
Or do you rely on word-of-mouth from friends and family?
I also wonder if I’m missing out on underrated non-fiction books that aren’t as hyped but still amazing.
Let’s share some tips, favorite resources, or even personal recommendations! What’s worked for you?

I keep a list of books to read, and add titles pretty liberally if it sounds interesting or someone recommends it. If a title already on the list keeps popping up then it’s time to read it.
