I just finished Iron Flame and I'm looking for something similar. I don't want anything cringy. Most people are recommending ACOTAR, but I didn't like it at all. I've tried to read it several times, but I just couldn't get into it. Anything by Sarah J. Maas hasn't worked for me. After Fourth Wing, I just can't seem to enjoy anything else. I'm not sure if I should switch genres. I’ve tried dark romance since people recommended The Made series, but I didn’t like that either. Please recommend something for me!

I always suggest The Hunger Games lol but you should dip your toe in other genres. I like mystery books because (if written well) they keep you guessing. If you want to read funny book that’s a bit weird, Starter Villain fits the bill. If you want a quick, pleasant read maybe try Clock Dance by Anne Tyler. If you want to stay on the fantasy genre, maybe look into mythology retellings. The Song of Achilles (very popular) and Circe are written by the same author. I just bought Atalanta by Jennifer Saint the other day and I think that will be good 🙂
