Looking for a book that gives me (a woman) an understanding of men and the struggles they face.

I believe it’s important for us, as humans on this earth, to do our best to understand each other’s worlds and struggles. I often try to imagine what it’s like to be a man, but I know my perspective is probably far from the reality. I don’t want to be ignorant of their experiences, so I’m looking for a book that can help me gain a deeper understanding.
