I’m Filipino American and, while I love literature, even various kinds of Asian literature, I have read little from the Philippines. I’ve read some of the basics like Noli Me Tangere and some other Rizql but not much else. Any recommendations are much appreciated!!

F. Sionil Jose. *Dusk* (*Po-on*) is the only novel of his I’ve read, but it was great

And anything by Rin Chipeco, who writes a lot of fantasy and horror.
