This was recently recommended on here. I do like it, but am so confused at the characters. I feel like the first 50 pages really was just people mad about schedules. It hit its stride, I was getting to know folks, then random new characters keep showing up (historians) and I have no idea who they are. Did I maybe miss something here? Is it worth it to keep going?
And with that, I’d love a suggestion for a similar, but less confusing, book.
