I have read a good handful of found family and really enjoyed them. When I try to look for more I keep seeing the same titles and tropes over and over again, so I ask if anyone has recommendations for a found family that isn’t a romance, isn’t a fantasy, and has more themes of friendship. On the Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta. Romance exists in the book, but 99% of it is about friendship and found family.
