Hi! I'm looking for LITERARY recs where love is explored as a theme but that are not formulaic (as is the case for romance genre) and… they have to be written by a woman. Things like This is How You Lose the Time War or Our wives under the sea or (don't have to be sci-fi/horror) or I Love Dick or Possession by A.S. Byatt or An American Mariage. Bonus points if the author is not white (but not a must). I've tried google searches of all kinds but all I can find are romance novels or classics written by men and Jane Austen. Pls help.
