Books or writers with beautiful prose

I'm an aspiring writer and I'd love to hear what books others would suggest that have amazing prose. I've realized I lack this skill and I'd like to build it by first reading books that do it right.

I do prefer fantasy, but any genre is fine. I just want to read some amazing sentences so I can write some of my own one day.
