Okay, so hear me out. I happen to be quite the curious person and love to learn about new things– reading books made me understand the appeal social media. Information is delivered to you in such an easy to understand that is so compelling to just follow it blindly.
Now, instead of feeding my brain with nonsense from social media I reckoned how about I just replace my content consumption with books and learn things that way. Boy was I wrong–the issue is that books love to turn a very simple point or a lesson they are making into something excruciatingly complicated to understand with tons of endless examples, using words that feel like they have last been used in a auto repair shop in the 1700s.
My question is this what kind of non fiction books or authors or types of books can I read to learn about interesting topics like psychology, geography history, anything basically with language that's simple to understand?
