In the mood for some dystopian hell, but I feel like I've read most of the more well known titles. The Road, Hunger Games, Fahrenheit 451, Golden State, 1984, Animal Farm, Handmaids Tale, etc.
Looking for suggestions for lesser well known titles/authors. Thanks!

The Wall by Marlen Haushofer
I’d highly recommend Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel and Dog Stars by Peter Heller.
I don’t know if they’re “lesser well-known” but these are less frequently recommended in this sub when the dystopian novels question comes up:
* Octavia Butler: Parable of the Sower
* Usula K LeGuin: The Dispossessed
* Anthony Burgess: A Clockwork Orange
* Alan Moore: V for Vendetta
* PD James: The Children of Men
* Neal Stephenson: Snow Crash
* Malka Older: Infomacracy
* Haruki Murakami: 1Q84
* Paolo Bacigalupi: The Water Knife; The Windup Girl
* Claire North: The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August
* MT Anderson: Feed
Have you read Alas, Babylon by Pat Frank?
*Fiskadoro,* by Denis Johnson
