Books Similar to Twilight Life & Death

I'm new to reading romance books, and honestly, I’ve been struggling to find stories written from the male point of view (I’m a guy). I never joked about Twilight when it came out, but I was definitely in the camp of ‘I don’t understand the hype.’ That all changed when the fire nation attacked and I read the reimagined version.

So far, the only things I’ve found are fanfics that switch perspectives in the other Twilight books. I really enjoyed the Midnight Sun equivalent, but I’d love to explore other stories. Any suggestions?

Fantasy/paranormal themes if possible.
