Hey guys! I’m going to try to be as accurate as possible if someone knows the book I’m discussing! I was really looking forward to finishing this one, but at the time I moved out of the county and they said I would have to return the book as soon as it was due since I no longer lived in that area. 🙁
The cover is a sunset with a silhouette of a tree. And the beginning of the book is of a man returning back home to a racist town. He used to be a newspaper column writer in New York. Was about to get married to a woman- but she passed away in an accident in New York. Not sure why he moved back home after all that. And wanted to finish it! I know the author of the book died as well. I hate that I can remember all the details but not the name!
